Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Shipping

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding addresses. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
We are also not responsible for weather related damages or delays.
Shipping Fees are non-refundable. Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or for returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer.
Once your package is delivered to USPS it is completely out of our control.

 

Processing Time

PROCESSING TIME IS 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING METHOD FOR IN STOCK ITEMS, AND 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR BACK ORDERED OR PREORDER ITEMS, WE DO NOT SHIP ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

 

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

If you cancel your order for any reason, before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product and quantity.
IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG PRODUCT OR QUANTITY, DO NOT PLACE A SECOND ORDER TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE.  CONTACT US VIA OUR CONTACT PAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS, AND IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ALREADY SHIPPED WE WILL UPDATE YOUR ORDER INFORMATION.
Please note, your order is customized, and there will be NO exchanges or refunds once your order has been received and processed.

We accept PayPal & All Major Credit Cards. Orders will not ship until payment has been received and posted.

Our facilities are not food allergen or gluten-free. Customers with food allergies or other nutritional concerns must assume ALL RISK when purchasing our products.

Nutrient Analysis

Customers are advised that all nutritional information posted on our products and website is calculated using a respected nutritional analysis software program. While information is based on recipes specific to ADCS, nutrient values of each product may very due to selected portion size, the use of condiments and seasonings used by our customers, as well as growing conditions, manufacturing formulations or substitutions. The information provided is approximate and intended to be used as a reference or guide.
